Rates include basic cable television, internet access and fitness center membership.
Double Occupancy
$6,315 per academic year ($3,157.50 per semester)
Single Occupancy — Not Guaranteed

Meal Plans
A meal plan is required for all East Hall residents.
Option One
$3,900 per academic year ($1,950 due at beginning of each semester)
Option Two
$3,300 per academic year ($1,650 due at the beginning of each semester)
Option Three
$2,900 per academic year ($1,450 due at beginning of each semester)
Balances transfer from fall semester to spring semester ONLY. Meal plans are non-refundable after the third week of class.
The Meal Plan Option amount selected is loaded onto the student's school ID. Each cafeteria purchase made is deducted from the current account balance.
